Terms of purchase for Premium
These terms apply when you, as a consumer, subscribe to Premium on Periodensvara.se. This is a translation; if it differs from the Swedish terms, the Swedish version applies.

The service
Premium gives you the full price history for medicines in Sweden’s Product of the Month system, your own list of up to 10 medicines and optional emails when the price of a saved medicine changes. Premium is linked to the email address you pay and sign in with. The information is based on publications by TLV (the Swedish Dental and Pharmaceutical Benefits Agency) and may contain errors or change; the service does not provide medical advice.
Price and payment
Premium costs SEK 99 per year including Swedish VAT. You pay by card through Stripe when you subscribe. Receipts are sent by email, and you manage the subscription under your account.
Renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews automatically for one year at a time at the price that applies at renewal. You can cancel at any time under your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep Premium until then.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day after you subscribed, under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act. When you subscribe, you request that the service starts immediately. If you withdraw within 14 days, we refund the amount minus the part of the subscription period you have used, calculated per day.
To withdraw, write to us through the contact form and state the email address you used for the purchase. We refund you within 14 days of receiving your message, to the card you paid with.
Faults and complaints
Contact us if something does not work as it should, and we will fix it or compensate you. If we cannot agree, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), whose decisions we follow.
