Frequently asked questions
Where does the data come from?
From TLV’s Product of the Month lists (preliminary and confirmed) and TLV’s database for ATC codes. We fetch new data every day.
How early can we see next month’s changes?
As soon as TLV publishes the preliminary list for the coming month. The data is updated again when the list is confirmed.
Do you see when the Product of the Month changes mid-month?
Yes. We compare TLV’s confirmed list with the previous day every morning. Under Supply you see which company lost the Product of the Month, for which medicine, how many days it held it and who took over.
How do licences work?
One licence per user. The person who orders becomes the administrator and adds colleagues. More licences can be added during the term.
How do we pay and how long is the term?
Swedish companies can pay by invoice (30 days) or card; companies elsewhere pay by card. The agreement runs for twelve months and renews for twelve months at a time unless cancelled.
Can we get the data into our own systems?
All data can be exported to Excel (CSV). API access is available on request – contact us.
