Professional terms
These terms apply when a company or organisation (“the Customer”) orders Periodensvara Professional, which is sold to businesses only. This is a translation; if it differs from the Swedish terms, the Swedish version applies.
Supplier
JB Pharma AB, company registration number 559521-1649, VAT number SE559521164901, Höbalsgatan 3, 216 33 Limhamn, Sweden (“the Supplier”). Contact us through the contact form.
The service
Professional gives access to market data on Sweden’s Product of the Month system: company rankings, won and lost positions, R1/R2 reserves, price history, watchlists and export, plus everything in Premium. The data is based on publications by TLV. The Supplier may develop and change the content of the service as long as it essentially corresponds to what was ordered.
Licences and users
One licence covers one named user with their own email address. The Customer’s administrator adds and removes users up to the number of licences ordered. Sign-ins may not be shared between people. Exported data may be used in the Customer’s own business but may not be resold or published in full.
Price and payment
The price is SEK 3,990 per licence per year excluding VAT, unless otherwise agreed. Swedish companies can pay by invoice with 30 days to pay or by card; companies outside Sweden pay by card in advance. For companies in other EU countries, the reverse charge applies. Late payment incurs statutory interest under the Swedish Interest Act and a reminder fee. If an invoice remains unpaid more than 30 days after the due date, the Supplier may suspend access until payment is received.
Term and cancellation
The agreement runs for twelve months from the order and then renews automatically for twelve months at a time. Cancellation must be made before the current term ends and takes effect at the end of the term. Additional licences can be added during the term and are invoiced for the remaining period. Price changes are announced at least 60 days before a new term.
Liability
The service is provided as is. The Supplier is not liable for errors in TLV’s data or for decisions the Customer makes based on the service, and is never liable for indirect loss such as loss of profit. The Supplier’s total liability is limited to the fees the Customer has paid for the service in the past twelve months.
Personal data
Users’ email addresses and watchlists are processed according to our privacy policy.
Governing law and disputes
Swedish law applies. Disputes shall primarily be resolved by negotiation and otherwise by the Swedish general courts, with Malmö District Court as the court of first instance.
